For merchandise we will accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery in its original content. Please email us at dmariehairbeautyis@gmail.com for direction and reason on exchange. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.

After order is placed please allow 3-5 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email. Generally shipping takes about 2-3 days. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only shipped to the address provided via Spotify. After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday.
