NO SAME-DAY HAIRSTYLE CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPT!! ALL SERVICES INCLUDE SHAMPOO, CONDITIONING & BLOWDRY ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR STYLE BEFORE LEAVING SALON! I WILL NOT REDO OR FIX STYLES ONCE YOU LEAVE THE SALON!!
Please be advised there is a $10.00 late fee after 15mins late, no exceptions​You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations and 100% for no-shows
